Welcome to SmartAIDomain. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, services, information products, and physical goods. By accessing or using SmartAIDomain, you agree to these terms in full.

By using SmartAIDomain, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and that you agree to comply with these terms in 2025.
2. Services
SmartAIDomain offers professional AI device services including installation, customization, maintenance, and technical support.
2.1 Scheduling and Cancellation
You may schedule services via our Contact Form or by calling +6588352858. To cancel or shift a scheduled appointment, you must notify us at least 72 hours before the appointment time. Approved scheduling shifts will be confirmed by email.
2.2 Non-Refundable Services
Certain tailored or on-site services require resource commitments and are therefore non-refundable once provided. Clients unable to attend a scheduled session may request a schedule shift as described above; however, credits or refunds for completed services are not available.
3. Information Products
We provide digital tutorials, e-guides, and recorded seminars focused on AI devices and related technologies.
3.1 Access and Delivery
Information products are delivered electronically upon purchase. You will receive a download link or streaming access as specified at checkout.
3.2 Refunds for Information Products
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the content. To request a refund, complete the Contact Form or call +6588352858. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Requests made after the 14-day period or following extensive access will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Goods
SmartAIDomain sells physical AI devices, peripherals, and related hardware components.
4.1 Inspection and Shipping Back
Inspect all items within 7 days of delivery. For defective or incorrect products, contact us to obtain a return authorization. Approved items must be shipped back in original packaging at your own expense unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Refunds and Replacements
Defective or incorrect products qualify for a free replacement or a refund processed to the original payment method. Non-defective items may be replaced for a fee or refunded minus shipping charges once we receive and inspect the item.
5. Refund Policy
Our refund policy addresses all SmartAIDomain offerings:
- Services: Completed services are non-refundable. Schedule shifts may be granted per section 2.1. Approved credits are issued within 5 business days.
- Information Products: See section 3.2. Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon approval.
- Goods: See section 4.2. Refunds and replacements are handled within 7 business days of receipt of the item.
